I take no liability if you don't and then break my very simple rules.

All bases are uploaded at 600dpi, so they are VERY big - however, it is pretty easy to resize them if they're too big for your liking. For reference, images are pretty much all 5102px x 6602px. Hence, older computers may not be able to handle them.

REFUNDS
-------

A refund will be given in only one instance - the first time you download a base, if your computer cannot handle it. In this case, you MUST provide definate proof of this before a refund will be issued, and only 1 refund will be given.

Uh, if you're meaning a tutorial on how to make bases, I sort of have on on my youtube channel. If you're meaning on how ot make the actual packs...that's not really that hard, just save in various formats, zip and upload.

this was the first time i downloaded it after the changes and at the end of the agreement it said I WILL bring the wrath of the Winx community down on your head. You've been warned. that scared me i will die if i forgot to credit u now XD and if i dont i may be in a rush now im just worried :D
